At Midtown, we believe there’s no stronger foundation for well-being than a connection to something bigger than ourselves. 

 

This month, everything we offer – from our classes and events to our active communities and summer programs – is designed to empower you to prioritize your mental health. We’ll be creating opportunities to connect, learn, and rediscover the strength that comes from feeling supported, because we’re stronger when connected.  

 

Join us this month as we explore the power of community in bolstering mental health. Read on to learn more about our vibrant calendar of offerings for the month, like Mindstrong, our Summer Programming Blitz, Mindfulness Focused Yoga Series… and more. 

ELEVATING YOUR EXPERIENCE

Coming this Spring/Summer: 

  • New Studio, The Field: The Field is an athletic, dynamic, functional fitness turf. Hit the ground running with an arsenal of gear, classes, and plenty of push from our coaches. The Field will be located on the fitness floor on Level 2. 
  • Enhanced Recovery & Stretching: We will be adding Hyperice, percussive recovery tools to your stretching area, for the perfect post-workout rejuvenation. 

EVENTS

POOLSIDE DJ | MAY 5 

Dive into beats by DJ Gringo poolside from 12:30 to 4:30 PM! Cool off, relax, and soak up the vibes. 

WEDNESDAYS ON DECK | MAY 8 

Enjoy complimentary beverages and light bites on the outdoor patio from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.

NEW SEASONAL MENU | MAY 6  

We believe that self-care starts with what you put on your plate, so come explore delicious dishes designed to fuel your well-being and leave you feeling energized. Our new menu launches May 6, in The Café.  

MINDSTRONG | MAY 18  

Join the Movement for Mental Health at Mindstrong: All day on May 18, join us for Mindstrong, a day of fitness, tennis, and social activities designed to raise awareness and donations to support mental health. 100% of event proceeds & donations will benefit NAMI Broward, as they empower individuals and families affected by mental illness through support, education, and advocacy.  

 

Can’t Make It? You can still support. Midtown will donate $1 to NAMI for every member check-in on May 18. You can also directly support NAMI Broward’s mission all month long, here.

SUMMER PROGRAMMING BLITZ | ALL MONTH 

Stop by our tables throughout the month and our expert coaches will answer all your questions about our variety of summer program offerings. We offer programs for all ages and skill levels, from tennis, to aquatics, to personal training, designed to lift you up, motivate you and celebrate your achievements with your Midtown community.  

TWILIGHT YOGA SUMMER SERIES | MAY 17 

Enjoy practicing mindfulness, relaxation and movement while connecting with your Midtown yoga community, in our mindfulness focused class at 6:15pm.  

FITNESS

TASTE OF PILATES | MAY 10  

Experience the benefits of Pilates with our complimentary introductory class sampler (featuring 3 classes, 30-minutes each)! This is a perfect opportunity for new participants to try different Pilates disciplines and find the right fit for their goals. Register at the hospitality desk. 

RACQUET SPORTS

STRONGER WHEN CONNECTED: SUMMER PROGRAM REGISTRATION | LIVE NOW

MOTHER’S DAY CARDIO TENNIS | MAY 11 

Join our 10:00 am class for tons of fun while getting in lots of cardio. Moms get a rose!

Treat Mom to a special morning of quality time and creativity at 10:00am! This Mother’s Day, join us for a fun-filled event where children can show their appreciation with a delicious breakfast followed by a craft activity.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT: POOL GAMES, PIZZA & A MOVIE | MAY 31 

Calling all parents! Craving a night off? Register now for Parents Night Out, from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Kids will have a blast playing pool games, enjoying pizza, and a movie, while you enjoy some kid-free time.
