At Midtown, we believe there’s no stronger foundation for well-being than a connection to something bigger than ourselves. 

 

This month, everything we offer – from our classes and events to our active communities and summer programs – is designed to empower you to prioritize your mental health. We’ll be creating opportunities to connect, learn, and rediscover the strength that comes from feeling supported, because we’re stronger when connected 

 

Join us this month as we explore the power of community in bolstering mental health. Read on to learn more about our vibrant calendar of offerings for the month, like Mindstrong, our Mindful Movement session, Summer programming registration and more. 

EVENTS

NEW SEASONAL MENU | MAY 7 

We believe that self-care starts with what you put on your plate, so come explore delicious dishes designed to fuel your well-being and leave you feeling energized. Our new menu launches May 7, in The Café.  

MINDSTRONG | MAY 18  

Join the Movement for Mental Health at Mindstrong: All day on May 18, join us for Mindstrong, a day of fitness, tennis, and social activities designed to raise awareness and donations to support mental health. 100% of event proceeds & donations will benefit Hope for the Day, as they empower individuals and families affected by mental illness through support, education, and advocacy.  

 

Can’t Make It? You can still support. Midtown will donate $1 to HFTD for every member check-in on May 18. You can also directly support Hope for the Day’s mission all month long here.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT | MAY 1 

Kick off Mental Health Awareness Month at 6:00 pm with this special class hosted by Monika. 

FRIDAY NIGHT POOL PARTY | MAY 17 

Make a splash and join us at 5:00 pm for this pop up H2OHIIT class featuring new moves! This team-taught class will also have refreshments to follow in the Cafe.  

FITNESS

PILATES AND PROSECCO | MAY 4 

Join us at 10:30 am for Pilates Amped followed by light refreshments and Prosecco. 

MOMMY AND ME FAMILY YOGA | MAY 11 

Celebrate Mother’s Day early with this special class for all mom figures and kiddos age 5 and up. The fun starts at 1:00 pm, and refreshments will follow in the café. 

RACQUET SPORTS

STRONGER WHEN CONNECTED: SUMMER PROGRAM REGISTRATION | LIVE NOW  

Our Summer program registration is live, offering activities for all ages and skill levels. Led by supportive coaches, connect with yourself and others while having a blast this summer. It’s more than just exercise – it’s about being stronger when connected.

PARENT/CHILD TENNIS NIGHT | MAY 10 

Parents are invited to bring their kids to a fun evening of tennis and refreshments. 
 
First, we’ll play games and tennis separately, then we’ll come together and play all as one. After, enjoy some food and drink. For kids ages 5-12, sign-up is for one parent and one child together.

DINKS AND DRINKS | MAY 31 

Join us on the courts for a fun evening of pickleball, food, and drinks. All levels welcome. Ages 21+.
