Randi and Karyn have been teaching yoga together for well over a decade. They have each been personally inspired by the profound effects yoga has had on their own lives and are passionate about sharing yoga’s transformative energy. Their ever-evolving style is a culmination of many years of study with a myriad of the most preeminent yoga teachers in the county. They create an atmosphere of intensity and grace in class. Expect yoga that is joy-filled and dynamic, alignment-based and challenging. Randi and Karyn’s teaching will fill your heart, strengthen your body and inspire your soul.
As Midtown’s National Mind Body Director, Randi has been instrumental in creating a thriving yoga community of outstanding teachers and dedicated practitioners, as well as a training facility that has certified more than 100 yoga teachers in Rochester.
The retreat is five days and nights, March 2 through March 7. We’ll fly out of the Rochester International Airport early on March 2 and connect at JFK Airport in New York, arriving in Antigua before 2:30pm.
Randi and Karyn will be leading two of their signature Power Vinyasa Yoga sessions daily. You will be able to take the time to work on details of the poses and transitions between poses as well as advanced variations. Practice will be challenging but accessible to all levels. Support and guidance will be provided as you delve deep into your practice in the magical place.
