Adult Cardio Tennis

This class features high energy drills and games to train your skills and provide an exciting cardio workout. But trust us, you’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget you’re even exercising.

Tennis in No Time®

Tennis in No Time® will take you from total beginner to tennis player in just four weeks. Learn to serve, rally, score, and succeed alongside other new players in a pressure-free setting.

 

Tennis in No Time® is offered to Non-Members, learn more on enrollment here. Availability varies by club.

Adult Drop-In Drills

Drill and play tennis workout offered in multiple tennis NTRP levels.

Adult Competitive Tennis Teams

Level-based interclub team play with the ability to participate in USTA and Local Leagues - Singles, Men’s & Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. These options are available during different seasons.

Adult Match Play Tennis

Round-robin match play for adult tennis players. Match play is a great way to assess how well you translate your skills and abilities from a practice environment to a competitive match play against players of similar standards.

Adult Group Tennis Lessons

Adult group tennis lessons for all skill levels, are designed to help you improve your game. Midtown's Racquet Sports Managers will help guide you in deciding which level to enroll in.

Adult Private Tennis Lessons

Private tennis lessons are tailored to individual/small group abilities offering an effective way to learn new strokes and shots that work for your personal style of play.

Adult Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun mix of ping pong and tennis played on a short court. Break a sweat and have fun playing one of the country's fastest-growing sports.

Adult Paddle Tennis

Adult group paddle lessons for all skill levels, are designed to help you improve your game. Learn the rules, fundamental shots, court positioning, and basic game strategy.

Adult Squash

Midtown offers a variety of level-based match play as well as social events to improve your squash game and find your circle.

Tennis Explorers

Tennis Explorers delivers a fun and creative approach to giving 3 and 4-year-olds a great start in tennis and a boost in developing their fundamental motor skills.

Junior Team Tennis

Interclub and/or In-house JTT provides opportunities for our young players to experience the thrill of competition in a team format.  This highly recommended format reduces the stress of head-to-head competition and has been found to appeal to most youth.  Teams are organized for Orange, Green, and Yellow ball divisions.
