Summer Samadhi Workshop Series - Intro to Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a set sequence of about 75 standing, supine, and seated poses. The poses never change, but your practice does! Ashtanga is known for its vigor, athleticism and for being the basis of the "Vinyasa Flow" method, which we love to practice here at Midtown! In this workshop, Jill will teach beginner through advanced practitioners the fundamentals of this ancient discipline so that you're able to make the connection with your body and mind as well as move yourselves forward with the other formats of yoga that you regularly practice.
