I’m all about Love and Lunges, not to be confused with, “I love lunges.” The love is for the fun and the Lunges is for the hard work we put in. I am passionate about the people I have in class, I want you to be challenged but also want you to come back;-) Things I enjoy most; smiling, eating (more specifically snacking), human interaction, Costco and tennis (still learning). I love teaching class and I LOVE to take class. If you need a workout buddy, I'm your girl.
Caroleen Wheeland: Chicago, IL
Gravity, The Barre
I have been involved in movement for ages. If you see someone in the distance doing a dance, it's me. I am all about the “bass.” Let's shake it and squat it. My outlook on fitness focuses on building overall strength and full-body functionality in order to feel confident, inspired, and well nourished. When we workout together, my hope is that there is an energy that encourages you to move, to rethink, and to redefine what is your “comfort zone” in order to go beyond to create positive changes in life. And yes, let's go there together!

Move Better
I would love to live in a world where donuts and dumbbells can coexist, you can bring your dog everywhere you go, and movement is fun and available to everyone. I am humbled to have had the opportunity to coach and educate all over the world for the last 20+ years, bringing to life movement for all walks of life, no matter their desire or their starting point. I believe that everyone can move better and everyone starts somewhere, so let's begin. ;-)
James Thomas: Bannockburn, IL

What's up Team, I'm hoping to make every class you take with me a party! I love combining movements and music together to build a cohesive flow between the two, and I put a lot of focus onto my playlists so they are as motivating as they can be. When you workout with me, know that you'll always get pushups and burpees at some point in the workout… and maybe some sassy jokes :) I have been leading group fitness classes for 14 years and can't imagine doing anything else.
Nicole Belica: Chicago, IL
Vinyasa Yoga
I'm a movement enthusiast, but my passion for yoga is rooted in the mind body connection. It's a matter of not only moving your body with purpose, but extending that off your mat and living a life filled with more intention. Join me to get your heart pumping, sweat going, and joy flowing. Namaste, y'all.

Move Better
Growing up, I was an accomplished athlete who was always looking for an opportunity to perform and compete. My drive came from my father who was a professional soccer player in Brazil. With over 22 years of experience in the Fitness Industry as an international trainer and presenter, I aim to bring the joy of sports and fitness to everyone I teach. I’m excited to connect and help people achieve their wellness goals and become a part of their story as they “move” through life.
Travis Standiford: Chicago, IL

I'm a fitness freak, cat lover, 80's enthusiast, comic nerd, and video gamer for life! (Picture THAT in your head). I've been in the Fitness Industry and teaching group fitness classes since 2010 including Les Mills Programs, EverybodyFights, Spinning, and many other Midtown-branded programs. I love sharing my passion for teaching with others and look forward to creating and experiencing “the ripple effect” from any and all of my interactions.
Tyler Sheets: Chicago, IL
