In this workshop, you’ll move through a deliberate series of shoulder, quad, and back stretches to make your backbends feel better! In Jill's 15 years of teaching, she's experienced "backbends" as some of the deepest struggles her students face in their bodies, and it's her mission to teach you how to customize a backbend practice, so that your wrists don't hurt, your shoulders don't tweak, your low back doesn’t feel pressured, and most importantly, you have some "go-to" moves for backbend time in your favorite Samadhi classes!
