PILATES REFORMER STUDIO

Exercise the entire body from your core to your outer extremities in Midtown’s Pilates Reformer Studio. Focus on balance, control, strength, and flexibility by utilizing springs, cables, and a moving carriage. For people of all ages and fitness levels, our Pilates Reformer classes and private lessons focus on sculpting and shaping you to be stronger and more fit. Midtown also offers Pilates mat classes, where your body creates the resistance in place of the Reformer pulleys and springs.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
With private and semi-private sessions, you will receive one-on-one attention from our certified instructors, who will customize a program to address your individual needs and achieve the results you are looking for.

GROUP CLASSES
Start a Pilates group with your friends or join a group class formed by the club. Groups are limited to 3-6 people so you will be sure to receive personal attention for maximum results.
