Midtown offers a variety of classes from Yoga, to mat and reformer Pilates, all designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, while reducing stress. Classes are held in Zen-inspired Mind and Body studios. Our instructors can help you move beyond the concept of physical fitness as separate from mental fitness and toward a lifelong program of good health through mind and body synergy.
