    AQUATICS


    With lap pools or full-size indoor and outdoor swimming pools, our club offers a myriad of aquatic aerobics classes, from swimming technique, to water weight classes, to resistance training, to group cardio classes. If you’re training for a triathlon or just looking to improve your fitness through swimming, our coaches can provide customized water workouts. And best of all, our family-friendly pools are an ideal place to spend a summer Saturday exercising your right to do absolutely nothing.
