    When I joined Midtown, I wanted to get fit and lower my cholesterol through strength training and cardio. I was impressed with Midtown’s amenities — the weight training area, the strength training machines and the trainers, who were particularly outstanding. To reach my goals, I followed a workout regimen that included:

    • Weight training three days a week
    • Cycling
    • Running
    • Plyometrics
    The results of my hard work exceeded my expectations. I reached my ideal weight and physical condition within two years. And during my annual executive health check up, I beat the stress test and learned that my good cholesterol went up and my bad cholesterol went down.

    I couldn’t be happier with the changes I’ve made. I have more energy and stamina than ever.
