Helen H. - Midtown Trainer

While I was being treated for cancer I was wearing bandanas, because there’s no way you can teach cycling in a wig. 

To support me, the club's City of Hope fundraiser was held as "Bandanockburn" Day. Staff were wearing bandannas club-wide. Every person in my class had a bandana on and it was great. For one thing I didn’t stick out, and it meant a lot to me.

Going to Midtown for me is like going to Disney World for children. 

You can make so many friends for life at Midtown. Just to think, soon the new Pilates area will be done for a finishing touch in 2010 :) I love Midtown and can't wait for each visit!

I was in an accident in June of 2008. The club was exceptional to me. My friends from Midtown were emailing me and calling me.

I shouldn't have survived, but I did, and I attribute that to my membership here and the physical condition that I was in.

My moment was unexpectedly coming to the club when Midtown Chef Mary Azzano was having a wine and appetizer tastings and sitting down with her to enjoy a special glass of wine and discuss her experiences.

She takes special care to create opportunities for intermingling while offering low-cost, unique offerings of food and wine. My wife and I appreciate her being there!

Everyday I do either a Step class, weight class, spinning class, Pilates or yoga. The big difference here is the variety of classes and the times they are offered.
