Many Midtown Clubs have aquatics for the entire family, with open swim times, family swim and swimming social events, competitive swim teams and expert swimming instruction for all experience levels.

Kidtown

Midtown Clubs are a place for the entire family, including kids. Kidtown is a fun and festive kid care, specially created for children from two months to nine years of age.

Our staff provides everything kids need to keep busy and entertained, including games, crafts, toys and story time.

In addition, many Midtown Clubs offer junior fitness and sports programs, where kids can learn great fitness habits early.

Café

Meet your friends at the café to relax, talk and, of course, eat. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, delicious yet healthy dishes that reward your hard work without undoing your efforts.

You’ll find a tasty selection of sandwiches, salads and snacks. We also offer smoothies as well as energy bars to supplement your nutrition program. You can even enjoy your food on the go ─ all of our menu items are available for take-out.

Pilates

Add some flexibility to your workout when you stretch and strengthen with Pilates.

The Pilates method - performed on a mat or a Reformer machine - strengthens the core, restores the natural curves of the spine and rebalances muscles, helping improve posture and prevent injury.
