Adult Learn to Swim
Learn to become comfortable in the water, or to improve basic swimming strokes. The instructor will develop skills through drills, structured practice and stroke modification.
Lessons are individual private sessions. 24 hour notice is required to cancel, or lessons will be charged in full. Nonmembers may take no more than six lessons. Instructor to client ratio is one to one.

Masters Swimming
Open to all adult swimmers who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. The program is designed to improve fitness and/or to train for specific goals, and offer active support for a healthy lifestyle through friendship, and camaraderie.

Aquatic Personal Training
Sessions can be formatted to target weight loss, improved range of motion, sport-specific strength, or general fitness. Water training uses resistance and drag plus movement to create a low-impact, highly effective workout. Aquatic training is beneficial for all, including those with special conditions like arthritis and Parkinson’s.
Contact the Aquatic Director to arrange specific time and date for training. Small group (2 to 4) training is available. Package pricing for 6 and 12 sessions is available.One Session

American Red Cross Lifeguarding (15 and Over)
Provides all of the training that a professional lifeguard needs. Students will learn lifeguarding techniques, CPR and first aid skills. Upon completion, students must pass all skill tests and a written test to receive a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
Rescuer Certification. Students must be 15 years old by the first day of class. Students must pass a preliminary swimming skill test, including a 500-yard swim, retrieval of a ten pound brick from the bottom of the pool, and a 20-yard swim carrying the ten pound brick. Attendance is required at all classes.
Dates: April 16, 17, 23, 24 & 30; May 1, 7 & 8 -- Friday 6:00-10:00pm, Saturday - 1:00-5:00pm
Fee: Member $265 /Guest $330; Books, CPR and first aid supplies included in the fee.

Flip Turn Clinic
With a little practice and the correct techniques, anyone that can do a somersault can do a flip turn. You will learn to perform a flip turn and push off into a streamline position which will increase your swimming speed. (minimum 3 / maximum 5 - Fee: $15.00)

Freestyle Swim Clinic
The coach will break down the freestyle stroke into a series of easy to learn progressive drills to improve your stroke, increase your speed, and prepare your for your fitness goals.

Record the number of laps and miles you swim in the indoor pool. Reach 100 miles to join the Midtown Milers club.
