Paige Dale - M2 Pilates Reformer Trainer / Group Exercise Instructor
Paige is a classically trained Pilates instructor who focuses on the original works of Joseph Pilates. She holds certifications with Power Pilates Inc. and the Pilates Method Alliance. Having danced professionally for over 10 years, Paige has performed with the Ruth Mitchell Ballet and Cirque du Soleil, and has also taught master ballet classes. She applies her skills to clients with orthopedic injuries and uses anatomy to design effective programs for clients of all kinds.

Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree from University at Buffalo in Biology. He is a certified personal trainer through NASM, ACE, and CMT, a certified massage therapist from the Atlanta School of Massage, and a spinning and yoga instructor. Glenn has been a personal trainer since 1999. He has experience working with all levels of fitness, and specializes in weight loss, body composition change, injury prevention, post rehab, neuromuscular therapy, and youth training.

Faith earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Gettysburg College where she was also an Athletic Trainer. She also holds a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland. Faith has been a personal trainer for three years and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her specialties include weight loss/body fat reduction, senior fitness, post-rehabilitation, and general conditioning.

Neil has worked with clients of all ages and levels and specializes in sport-specific training.

Latretha holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. She is a certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), a certified Group Fitness Instructor (SCW), and a certified Group Power/Step Instructor (BTS). Latretha has been a personal trainer since 2001. She has experience working with all levels of fitness, and specializes in general fitness, flexibility training, cardiovascular fitness, weight loss/decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and group personal training.

Kristian is originally from London, England, where he graduated from prestigious Laine Theater college. For 14 years, Kris performed in numerous musicals, music videos and tv specials as a professional dancer, acrobat and a singer. In 1998, he was asked to represent Bermuda in the World Fitness Championships and has extensive body building / fitness experience. Kristian is A.C.E certified and his specialties include strength training, body definition, dance, boxing and gymnastics.

Phillip comes to us from Midtown Athletic Club in Bannockburn, IL, where he was a trainer for over three years.
