At Midtown, the whole family can find fun in the water! We have indoor and outdoor pools for lap swim, social events and family swim times. In addition, we offer lessons for all experience levels and competitive swim teams.
Midtown’s aquatic training and water therapy will add variety to your exercise routine, reducing stress on joints and alleviating arthritic pain.
